- Educational Qualification :
- For Controller of Examination : A master Degree or its equivalent
- For Librarian : Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science
- For Finance Officer : CA/MBA
- For Executive Engineer : Civil Engineering or equivalent
- For Junior Engineer : Civil/Public Health/ Electrical-Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- For Sr. Scale Stenographer/Junior Scale Stenographer/Clerk/Steno-Typist-cum Clerk: Graduation
- For Head Draftsman (Civil) : Diploma Course in a Civil Engg.
- For Draftsman (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering or Certificate in Draftsman ship.
- for Divisional Accountant/Superintendent/Section Officer (HRDC): Master degree or Bachelor Degree
- For Driver : Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit. Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License.
- for Lab Attendant : 10+2 with Science.
- For Hostel Attendant : 10+2 pass.
- For Account Clerk : B.Com.
- For Technical Assistant : Diploma in CSE/IT from State Technical Board OR equivalent OR B. Tech. in CSE/IT OR B.Sc. Computer Science.
- For Librarian-HRDC : M.Lib
- For Technical Officer (ICT)-ME/M. Tech. CSE/IT.
- For Assistant Registrar-Master’s degree.
- For Computer Assistant : B.Sc.
- For Sr Lib Assistant : Master of Library & Information Science.

Nationality : Indian
Age Limit: applicant should be between 18 to 50 years as on closing date.

Application Fee: The application form must be accompanied by Bank Draft of Rs.500/- for General Category and Rs.125/- for SC/BC candidates (The ESM and PWD are exempted from the fee) the women candidates of Haryana domicile are exempted from the payment of fee of 50% of the requisite fee irrespective of their category, in favour of Registrar, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan, payable at Khanpur Kalan-131305.
