WB Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

WB Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern :
Preliminary Examination : (Full Marks – 85) :- Applicants provisionally considered eligible will be called for the Written Examination which will be OMR based and in MCQ pattern. The duration of the Written Examination will be of 1(one) hour. There would be 85 objective type questions having multiple choice (four choices) of answers carrying 01 (one) mark each. For each incorrect answer, there will be negative marking of ¼th of the total marks allocated to the question. Question paper will be set in two languages (Bengali & Nepali).
Personality Test : (Full Marks – 15) :– All the candidates qualified in Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be called for Interview. The
procedure, date, time and venue of Interview will be decided by West Bengal Police Recruitment Board. In the Interview, the general awareness and suitability of the candidates for public service will be tested. Candidates’ ability to speak, read and write in Bengali/Nepali language will be tested specifically during the Interview
