- Educational Qualification :
- Assistant Superintendent: A Degree from a recognized University
- Warder: Who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Education Board/ University along with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject at Matriculation level, or any other equivalent examination with Punjabi language, which may be specified by the Government from time to time.
- Matron: Who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Education Board/ University along with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject at Matriculation level, or any other equivalent examination with Punjabi language, which may be specified by the Government from time to time.
