- For Assistant Post : bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with computer proficiency.
- For Upper Division Clerk Post : Candidates must be officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department
- For Stenographer Grade – I : graduate degree in any discipline from recognized university with computer proficiency.
- For Data Entry Operator Post : Candidates must be officers of the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Government Institutions holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department and possessing ‘O’ or ‘A’ level certificate for Information Technology from an institute recognized by the Government.
