- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate and must be Retired Defence Force (Army, Navy, Air
Force) in Junior Commissioned rank in Army or similar rank in Air Force / Navy or Retired
Para Military / Police (CISF, CRPF, BSF, RPF, SSB, State Police) in equivalent rank.
