Eligibility Criteria :

  • Educational Qualification : 
  • For Epidemiologist/Public Health Specialist:MBBS degree from institution recognizedby Medical Council of India
  • For State Consultant Training:Post Graduate in Medical field preferably in PublicHealth / Epidemiology ORBAMS / Nursing Graduate with MPH/MBA-HealthManagement OR M.Sc. (Nursing) with Ph.D
  • For State Entomologist: M.Sc. (Zoology) with entomology asone of the subjects
  • For Staff Nurse:Higher Secondary or equivalent General Nursing & Midwifery
  • For OT Technician: H.S.S.C. passed with Science Subject(2) Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician courseOR Operation Theatre course from any recognizedUniversity OR working experience for three years asoperation theatre technician in recognized Institute orHospital.
  • For ANM: (i) H.S.S.C. passed (ii) Auxiliary NurseMidwife course from a recognized institution orMultipurpose Health Worker (Female) Course (iii)Registration from Nursing Council
  • For Early Interventionist cum Special Educator under DEIC:B.Ed. in Special Education / RehabilitationScience / Mental Retardation with necessary to passan examination on Early Intervention Domain
  • For Dental Technician:(i) H.S.S.C. passed with Science Subject(ii) Diploma in Dental Technician Course from a Govt.recognized Institute (iii) Registration with State DentalCouncil.
  • For TB Health Visitor under RNTCP:(i) Graduate OR Intermediate (10+2) in anystream and experience of working asMPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker/ Certificate or highercourse in Health Education / Counselling ORTuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course (ii)Certificate course in computer operations (minimumtwo months)

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :  minimum 35 years.
