GENERAL COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION
General Competitive Examination shall be held when recruitment for a certain post does not have a specific guideline or when it does not require specific subject wise specification but can be written by any graduate from a recognised university. As far as practicable, the questions shall be of multiple choice (objective type).
The examination shall comprise of the following papers:
1) Paper – I : General English (Conventional Type & MCQ with negative marking) : 100 Marks (3 hours)
2) Paper – II : General Knowledge & Reasoning (MCQ with negative marking) : 200 Marks (2 hours)
Total of Written Examination : 300 Marks
3) Personal Interview : 40 Marks
Total : 340 Marks
