Eligibility Criteria :    

  • Educational Qualification :
  • For Jr. Executive Associate/ Executive Associate : Candidate should be a Graduate & having Full-time regular MBA degree or equivalent (two years duration) with specialization in HRM/ HRD from a recognized Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) + Minimum 02 / 06 years experience.
  • For Sr. Executive Associate (HR)/ Associate HR Manager : Candidate should be a Graduate & having Full-time regular MBA degree or equivalent (two years duration) with specialization in HRM/ HRD from a recognized Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) + Minimum 11/ 15 years experience.
  • Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

  • For Junior Executive Associate : 26 years
  • For Executive Associate : 30 years
  • For Sr. Executive Associate : 35 years
  • For Associate HR Manager : 41 years
