Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : 10th Pass and minimum of 6 years’ experience in traditional cooking of Himachali Cuisines.

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : 18 to 45 years (Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women, as per Govt. Rules).

Selection Criteria : written test .

Application Fee : Application Fee is Rs. 600/- for General and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/OBC categories which is payable in the shape of Bank Demand Draft in favour of Managing Director, HPTDC payable at Shimla.
