- Educational Qualification :
- For Deputy Manager (Technical)(E3) : Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Tech. Desirable: MBA (Marketing/Finance) /certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from the BEE.
- For Deputy Manager (Finance) : CA/ICWA .
- For Assistant Manager (E2) CS Division : Associate Member of Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
- For Officer (E1) : Associate Member of Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ACS).
- For Asstt. Officer Gr.II (Finance)(S1) : M.Com .
- For Asstt. Officer Gr.II (HR)(S1) : Two years full time, post graduate Degree/Equivalent course in HR/MBA with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/Indus trial Management/Psych ology.
- For Assistant Manager (International Business)(E2) : Graduate with Masters in International /Global Business.
- For Asstt. Engineer Gr.III (Technical)(S0) : Diploma in Engineering/ Technology (full time) (Engineering Degree will also be allowed) .
- For Asstt. Engineer Gr.II (Contracts)(S1) : Asstt. Engineer Gr.II (Contracts)(S1).
