- For Section Officer (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) : Degree in Agriculture or in Science with Botany as a subject from a recognized university or equivalent.
- For Section Officer (New Delhi Municipal Council) : I class or II class degree in B.Sc. (Agriculture) with 2 year experience in Ornamental Horticulture or Landscaping in Government or Semi-Government or Organizations or repute.
