• Assistant Professor (Sport Science)  – 03  Post

Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : A Master’s Degree in Concerned subject/Sports Sciences/Sports Physiology/Sports Nutrition/ Exercise Physiology/ Sports Biomechanics/ Sports Psychology/ Physical Education/Allied discipline OR Master’s Degree in concerned discipline/Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Nutrition/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Bioengineering/food science/food technology/Psychology/Allied subject.  Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR, ICAR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET, ASRB-NET etc.  NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for such Master’s Degree programs in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET accredited test is not conducted.  However, candidates who are, or have been awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the Minimum Eligibility Condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor.
