The applicants appeared for the Written Examination for recruitment to the posts of Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen. / F&A/ S&P) held on 27.04.2025 at different examination centres are informed that the applicants who will score minimum threshold marks as determined by the Selection Committee through this office notification of even no: A-12024/36/2024-ADMIN-IITR dated 15.04.2025 in paper-I & paperII will be called for the proficiency in computer type speed test (Typing Test) in the ratio of 1:20 in order of their merit positions for all the vacancies without repetition of Category Candidates* in case of UR post

Document Verification for the candidates appearing for proficiency in computer type speed test (Typing Test) will be conducted at the same day before the scheduled typing test. Hence, applicants are requested to bring all your essential and necessary documents in original.

For verification Candidates will be required to produce the relevant Certificates such as:

• Date of Birth Proof (if not mentioned in Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate and Marksheet).
• Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate and Marksheet,
• Any other Educational Qualification Certificate / Diploma Marksheet & Degree certificate, as mentioned in application form,
• Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated (in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification),
• Caste/ Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories,
•  Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Certificate in the required format, if applicable
• Serving Defense Personnel Certificate or Discharge Certificate/PPO certificate in case of ExServicemen (ESM) and NOC from the present Employer (If applicable)
• Apart from above documents any other relevant document as mentioned in the application form  for the purpose of document verification. Otherwise, the candidate will not be allowed to appear
• for the proficiency in computer type speed test (Typing Test) and their candidature may be
  cancelled.
