BNPMIPL Assistant Manager & Manager 2024 Selection Method :
For the post of Assistant Manager : selection will be based on On-line test (Objective type -multiple choice) and Personal Interview.
For the post of Manager : selection will be based on two rounds. The first round of selection will be based on On-line test (Objective type -multiple choice) which will be taken for shortlisting the candidates in the ratio 1:10 for the second round of selection. Maximum10 no. of candidates based on merit could be called for the next round of Manager selection. The 2nd round shall comprise three sections viz Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final selection would be based on the cumulative score obtained in the various modes of selection in the 2nd round only.
