Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR employment tax or payroll accounting
Customer service mind-set and able to work under strict deadlines
Proven experience in database management including use of Microsoft Office Access and Microsoft Office Excel
High attention to detail and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret data and share results in a meaningful manner
Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate policy to employees globally
Strong collaboration skills yet also able to work independently to manage multiple deliverables as part of a small high impact team
Able to prioritize workload and adapt to changing demands
Understanding of HR processes and HR information systems

Responsibilities

Assist in the end to end administration of the firm’s global business travel tax compliance program which includes:
- Management of multiple data streams and related data analytics
- Handling large volumes of data for further administrative use and direction
- Access to confidential/sensitive HR information on a frequent basis
- Communication of policy to global employee population including guidance on using travel tracking tool
- Coordination and exchange of data with multiple internal departments
- Interpretation of multiple and complex layers of legal entity hierarchy data
- Vendor management support including tracking of service level agreements
