- For Head Assistant : The candidate should possess the requisite qualification as mentioned under Rule6(2) of the Assam District & Sessions Judges establishment(ministerial) Service Rule 1987 or a Sheristadar of Munsiff or Sheristadar of Asstt. District & Sessions Judge or upper division Asstt. continuously for 3 years in the District of Sessions Judges establishment
- For Driver : Should hold valid commercial license with at least 5 years experience of driving and have to appear driving test in addition to interview.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : as per Govt of India rules.
Selection Process : Written Examination.
